Just wanted to let everyone know I've been home for about 2 hours or so now and I'm doing fine. It's not nearly as bad as I would have thought the first day would be. However, I am warned often that the pain can be more intense around days 4-8 when everything in the back of the throat starts coming off due to the healing process ending. Also, thanks to everyone who's sent well wishes :)
That being said, who knows, if something really #batshitcrazy happens in Wisconsin politics today, I may make a pain medication induced rant!
*PS: Who cares Thompson raised more money in the 2nd Quarter? Mark Neumann and Eric Hovde can write their campaigns all the checks they want. Tommy's Not Winning!
