Greetings World!
After having a horrible 24 hours filled with ear pain, sore throat, and a headache only rivaled by Scott Walker's Act 10, I think I'm finally starting to turn the corner. (Mostly because I can sleep 3 hours at a time now!)
Couple of "Shout-Out's" in internet land to those of you who have made my recovery bearable.
First off, everyone at Cognitive Dissidence! Chris & Jeff's constant posts have made me feel like I'm actually doing something with my time in LEARNING and not just being a giant blob on a chair. Your work is incredible and has seriously made the days worthwhile
Zach, Lisa, and the crew over at Blogging Blue, you guys are right up there too! Your wonderful "links" to other blogs on the site has also made my time recovering ever so slightly better. Thanks for all you guys do "spreading the liberal word" in Wisconsin.
Steven Phillip Senski. Your wonderful tweets and Facebook posts either enlighten or lighten the mood. Just by virtue of your tweets, you remind me what I'm going through isn't that bad.
Lastly, my lady. She puts up with me normally and now she's putting up with me even more. I can't imagine what it would be like if I was going through this without her.
