Okay, I was in a sleepy daze when I heard Laser Eye's on TV with a new ad talking about wasteful government spending. It's not posted online yet, but it has Neumann doing voice work and on screen with two "scientists" who are studying the effects of cocaine on quails. And of course this is 100% President Barack Obama's idea...
